JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CX/UI/UX DESIGNER

**Experience Required**: 3-6 Years

**Job Location**: Gurugram

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Help plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis. Interpret data and qualitative feedback
Help create user stories, personas and map journeys
Work with the lead designer to determine information architecture and create sitemaps
Create prototypes and wireframes. Conduct usability testing
Present and communicate insights to help shape long-term product strategy
Under the direction of a Sr. UX designer, create user interfaces with screen mock-ups, behavioural specifications and visual documentation, style guidelines, icons, information graphics and other design artifacts as needed
Ensure all visual UI definition and development is consistent with usability standards and best practices set by the senior UX designer on the project team
Collaborate with team members to create aesthetically pleasing and modern user interfaces
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
3-6 years of experience in UX Design. Degree (Bachelors, Masters) in UX Design (e.g., industrial), HCI, or a related field from a reputed Design Institution like HFI (or similar)
Deep understanding of fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principles
Experience with various design and prototyping tools. Hands-on experience in Adobe XD is desirable
Vastly skilled in web interface design focused on brand alignment and user journey experience
Strong attention to detail, and capable of delivering engaging and targeted designs
Creative and analytical approach
Knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Zeplin and OmniGraffle
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively
Ability to work independently, handling schedules in fast-paced, multi-project environment

MUST HAVE
Demonstrated ability to create and follow a style guide or other visual design documentation, and leverage it to execute mock-ups for clients and stakeholders
Experience collaborating with and/or supporting user experience research and/or design teams
