**Designation**: Legal Compliance Officer
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Follow-ups and maintaining updated status of the Legal matters of the company at various Courts, Commission, tribunals and/or before relevant authorities.
- Drafting legal and company correspondences with acute and precise English acumen.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Follow-ups of various legal matters with relevant advocates appointed by the company.
- To protect the company owned/leased properties and by taking proper steps/ dispute settlement. Searching the property at registry office etc. through agents
**Key Skills**: Drafting having sound knowledge in English, Corporate Law, Customs and Tax Laws and Insurance Law.
**Experience: 0 to 03 Years (Maximum)**
**MALE CANDIDATES ONLY**
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
