- **Accounting Tasks**:

- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Maintain ledgers and journal entries.
- Review transactions and analyze financial ratios.
- Manage invoicing, payments, and receivables.
- **Tender Management**:

- Prepare and submit tender documentation.
- Participate in the tendering process and gather necessary information.
- Analyze tender specifications and review submitted proposals.
- Negotiate with stakeholders and manage contract terms.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate on departmental reporting and accounting records.
- Prepare necessary documents for audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Experience in accounting and tender processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team.
