**Key Responsibilities**:

- Type and format documents, letters, and reports in English.
- Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

- Proofread and edit typed material for clarity and correctness.
- Meet daily or weekly targets as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English typing with a minimum speed of 40-50 words per minute.
- Strong command of English grammar and vocabulary.
- Experience with MS Word and other word processing tools.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of formatting and document preparation standards.
