**Team Building and Mentoring**:
- Conduct training sessions for CEOs to develop their leadership and managerial skills.
- Set clear goals and deliverables for CEOs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to ensure consistent performance improvement.
- **Daily Monitoring**:
- Supervise and track daily operations managed by the CEOs.
- Regularly review action points and follow up on unresolved or pending tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of CEO activities and progress reports.
- Conducting Monthly meetings and reviewing CEOs for institutional development.
- **Government Scheme Convergence**:
- Coordinate with district administration to facilitate FPO access to relevant government schemes.
- Build partnerships with local authorities to streamline the implementation of initiatives.
- Represent FPO needs in district-level meetings for collaborative decision-making.
- **Grassroots Problem-Solving**:
- Identify community needs and challenges through CEOs, including infrastructure (Check dam repairs) and social issues.
- Liaise with district administration for resources and support to address identified issues.
- Track resolution and ensure follow-through on critical grassroots concerns.
- **Promotion of Agricultural Inputs**:
- Facilitate the distribution and accessibility of essential farming materials like seeds, fertilizers, and tarpaulins.
- Promote advanced agricultural tools such as sprayers, tillers, and harvesters among FPO members.
- Provide guidance on availing credit facilities and financing options for FPOs and farmers.
- **Procurement Management**:
- Develop and implement SOPs and procurement checklists for commodities like cashew, turmeric, tamarind, and hill brooms.
- Oversee procurement operations to ensure quality, transparency, and fair pricing.
- Monitor storage and logistics to prevent wastage and ensure timely distribution.
- **FPO Strengthening and Reporting**:
- Ensure timely collection of monthly reports from FPOs.
- Review and maintain accurate records, books of accounts, and stock inventories.
- Regularly assess and improve institutional frameworks for better operational efficiency.
- Promote institutional building by encouraging FPOs to adopt best practices and modern tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
