Professional and Educational Skills Needed Shall have a minimum 2 years of experience in facility management

Day to Day Responsibilities - Overall responsible for Site including electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, Air-conditioning, civil work etc.
- Co-ordination with internal and external department.
- Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments.
- Managing and up keeping of equipment and supplies.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (electricians, housekeeping, plumbers etc.) and external contractors.
- Supervising and monitoring on-site manpower activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the site within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output.
- Perform analysis and forecasting.
- Daily maintaining utility reports and attendance.
- Managing maintenance.
- Submission of MIS reports daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis to Head Office.
- Showroom Management.
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Submission of MIS reports daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis to Head Office.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
