**Role Title**: Adult Psychologist

**Location**: Powai, Bandra and Lower Parel, Mumbai

**Job Type**: Part-time Consultant

**Languages Preferred**: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and English

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnoses for clients across different age groups.
- Provide therapeutic counseling and intervention in **Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and English** to address mental health challenges, stress, and emotional issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and cultural contexts.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide holistic care, including case discussions and cross-referrals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in line with ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Offer counseling services through in-person sessions and online platforms.
- Support Employee Assistance Program (EAP) initiatives and workshops for corporate clients, when required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- **Languages**: Fluency in **Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and English** (both spoken and written).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a clinical or counseling setting, providing individual and group therapy.
- Expect a proactive approach to client needs, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Emphasis on collaboration within the team and across departments to achieve client satisfaction.
- A willingness to adapt to changing client requirements and organizational objectives.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
