**Skill, Knowledge & Trainings**:
Strong understanding of network and security infrastructure, prior experience in implementing,administration and troubleshooting in network security devices. Should be able to grasp newer technologies and manage new procurements accordingly.

**Trainings / Certifications**: i) CCNA- Security ii) CCSA / CCSE

- 2) Handle the entire Procurement process towards purchase of devices for projects related to network security. These involve Solution finalisation, Preparation of RFP, co
- ordination/ negotiation with vendors and OEM’s, Purchase Order to vendors.
- 3) Review the change management for any new requirement or changes in existing network security infrastructure due to business requirement or testing of new setup and guide the team in implementing the changes.
- 4) Defining the network security policies, standard operating procedures and RARTP’s.
- 5) Handling all Internal as well as external audit processes related to network security infrastructure.
- 6) Capacity management of network security devices.
- 7) Closure of VA/PT related observation to network security devices.**Network Security**
- 1) Install, upgrade, configure and troubleshoot network security devices such as Firewalls, UTM, IPS, proxy server etc.
- 2) Hands on knowledge of Firewall, UTM, IPS devices, Linux based proxy servers.
- 3) Optimise existing firewall rule base by carrying out periodic reviews.
- 4) Periodic review of IPS signatures in detect mode.
- 5) Periodic review of access given and profiles created for web access.
- 6) Basic understanding of correlation engine along with correlation rules.
- 7) Understand requirements of network security and contribute in adherence of network policies and procedure as laid out by organization.
- 8) Maintaining firewalls, UTM’s, IPS and virtual private networks.
- 9) Configuration and troubleshooting of different kind of Access-lists, firewall rule base and internet connectivity to provide secured access.
- 10) Analyse security incidents/events to determine their root cause.
- 11) Train fellow employees in security awareness and procedures.
- 12) Prepare reports that document security incidents/events.**Other Requirement**:
