Reputed Interior Company Requires Female Interior Designer

**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate design project from concept to completion.
- Define project requirements and schedule in the presentation.
- Interprets and translates client needs into sketches.
- Develop project costs and fees based on budget.
- Conducts research and determines supply of materials and products.
- Create "samples" and "mood products.
- Oversee progress on work.
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and manufacturers.
- Research and monitor industry changes, developments and best practices.

**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated professional experience in interior design (consultations, renovations, space planning and new construction)
- Expertise in page layout, color, lighting, material choice, custom furniture and all facilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
- Excellent portfolio of former works.
- Creative talent, imagination and design acumen.
- Communication and introductory skills.
- Project management competencies.
- Graduated BS in interior design or similar.
