**Job Summary**

The Assistant Teacher will primarily be responsible for **taking care of children**, supporting their emotional, social, and physical development, and assisting in day-to-day classroom activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are caring, patient, and passionate about working with children.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide attentive supervision and care to children throughout the day
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Support children with basic needs including meals, hygiene, and nap times
- Monitor student behavior and well-being, and report any concerns to the lead teacher
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where each child feels valued
- Engage children in creative play, storytelling, and interactive learning
- Accompany children during outdoor play and school events
- Communicate effectively with teachers and parents when required

**Qualifications**
- Any degree
- Prior experience working with young children is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and local language
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development
- Basic understanding of classroom safety and hygiene protocols

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- teaching : 1 year (preferred)
