Job Title: Admission/Educational Counselor

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and high school guidance counselors to promote our institution and its programs.
- Conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and families.
- Manage a portfolio of prospective students throughout the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless enrollment process for students.
- Represent our institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate records of communication with prospective students and families.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in admissions counseling.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in admissions counseling, recruitment, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with admissions software and databases.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
