Treasury Banker

**Job Summary**:
The Treasury Banker will manage the company’s day-to-day treasury operations, focusing on optimizing liquidity, managing banking relationships, ensuring efficient cash flow management, and supporting financial decision-making. The role requires a highly analytical individual with strong financial acumen and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure liquidity across all bank accounts.
- Forecast and manage short-term and long-term cash requirements.
- **Banking Operations**:

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Negotiate interest rates, charges, and manage banking facilities like OD, LC, BG, etc.
- **Treasury Operations**:

- Ensure timely fund transfers and reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Monitor and manage working capital requirements.
- Assist in investment decisions and ensure idle funds are appropriately invested.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with all RBI and other financial regulations related to treasury.
- Prepare MIS reports related to cash flows, funding, and treasury positions.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and mitigate financial and currency risks.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls within treasury operations.

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in treasury or corporate finance, preferably in the retail or jewellery industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, cash management, and financial instruments.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
