We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Academic Incharge** to join our team and lead our academic program with creativity and dedication.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
As an **Academic Incharge**, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the academic operations of the play school, ensuring quality teaching-learning practices and smooth curriculum implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for all classes (Playgroup to UKG).
- Guide and mentor teachers in effective teaching strategies, classroom management, and child development practices.
- Monitor classroom activities and ensure academic standards are maintained.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for teachers to improve teaching quality.
- Coordinate with management to plan monthly planners, events, and academic calendars.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to educators.
- Ensure learning outcomes align with the school’s vision and early childhood education guidelines.
- Communicate with parents when required and support them in understanding their child’s progress.
- Introduce innovative and engaging activities to make learning fun and meaningful.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in preschool teaching or academic coordination.
- Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and play-based learning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for nurturing young minds.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of teachers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
