**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design and Layout**:

- Create and format various types of documents, including wedding invitations, event stationery, brochures, packaging designs, and promotional materials.
- Ensure accuracy in design, layout, and formatting, following client instructions and brand guidelines.
- Create new dyes as needed for specific products and packaging.
- Set up designs for laser-cutting machines when required.

**Preparing for Print**:

- Prepare files for printing by checking resolution, colors, and file formats.
- Conduct thorough reviews to catch any mistakes before printing.

**Software Skills**:

- Use desktop publishing tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW to design and edit materials.
- Keep up with new updates in DTP software to work more efficiently.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with graphic designers, sales, and project managers to understand client needs.
- Help resolve any design issues related to production.

**Quality Control**:

- Check designs and proofs to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
- Make changes based on feedback from clients and team members.

**Time Management**:

- Handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of all materials based on project timelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in desktop publishing or a similar design role.
- Proficiency in DTP software like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of printing processes and preparing files for print is a plus.
- Familiarity with the wedding stationery and events industry is beneficial.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
