- Techno-functional experience required in CRM/CX modules (CPQ Cloud, Sales Force Automation, Partner Relationship Management, Incentive compensation management and Territory Management)
- Drive the requirements workshops
- Drive effort estimates with the help of offshore PM of enhancements and projects
- Solution Design and Configure the Oracle Application Modules where they have direct ownership, for each test cycle Perform fit/gap analysis
- Partner with Customer business system analyst(s), business users and Project Manager to complete the design, configuration and functional test of the Oracle modules in scope
- Perform functionality testing before the deliverable is submitted to the Customer
- Contribute to the project plan, risk plan, test plan and cutover plan
- well versed with ServiceNow processes
- Good communication and client handling skill require.
