**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their skincare concerns and goals.
- Educate clients on various aesthetic procedures including fillers, Botox, chemical peels, and medifacials.
- Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Develop personalized skincare plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure seamless execution of treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in skincare and aesthetic procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Skin Counselor, Aesthetician, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetics procedures including fillers, Botox, chemical peels, and medifacials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Certification in aesthetics or skincare treatments is preferred.
- Familiarity with skincare products and ingredients.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
