Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Position Overview:
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating sales leads. Your role will involve engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or databases.

Present and promote company products to potential clients.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to articulate benefits to customers.

Record and update customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving sales objectives.

Provide accurate information and address queries or concerns from customers.

Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in sales techniques and strategies.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
