H.S Ahuja and associates is a nationally recognized high end interior firm working both the residential and commercial segments of the market. The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firms work is local but also has, many projects in other states. We are seeking in our office, who thrives fast paced environment, enjoys working with a team and wants to grow with the company. Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India. We work complete start to finish. We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Strong aesthetic sense and design capabilities.

2. Creative thinking and skill to solve infrastructural and operational issues with design.

3. Drive to go beyond design and experience the user journey to identify and solve everyday operational challenges.

4. Innovative thinking to continuously find alternatives and improvise designs and drawings.

6. Understanding of prototype development and strong attention to detail.

7. Understanding of scalability cost and timelines.

8. A platform to constantly evaluate and evolve the design based on consumer feedback.

9. Excellent in design and development and according to be brief given by the client and backend forth coordination with the principal architect and the client.

10. Expertise in Detailed working drawings, electrical drawings, plumbing drawings and interior wall elevations.

11. Coordination with HVAC and MEP consultants.

12. Should be able to make regular site visits to check progress of the work as per the design and detailed drawings given.

14. Should be excellent in detailing to site services and detailed working drawings.

15. Should be good in coordination with coordination with vendors and contractors.

**1. **Manage a portfolio of architectural and interior design projects.

**2. **Coordinate with internal/ external design/services consultants & clients representatives.

**3. **Work with the other design and engineering professionals on concepts, develop design and coordinate project delivery process.

**4. **Communicate conceptual deigns and create/ maintain project documentation before, during & after construction.

**5. **Travel for site assessments, design coordination meetings, internal design meeting, construction review and to interface with authorities, design consultants quantity surveyors & building owners.

**6. **Lead initiatives aimed at improving cost, quality, schedule and planning, executive turnkey projects.

**7. **Perform and present business case analysis.

**EXPERIENCE**

1. Working knowledge and experience with Multi
- disciplinary projects.

2. Working experience with MEPF engineering consultant.

3. Vendor and consultant management skills.

4. Proficient in working with AUTOCAD, Revit MS- office site.

5. Excellent communication skills attention to detail & high quality standards.

6. Ability to effectively communication design standards to internal & external project partners.

7. Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously.

8. Ability to travel.

9. Utilize knowledge of hospitality furniture and technology, and custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications

10. Produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation independently or with mínimal supervision

11. Participate in the selection of furniture systems and specifications

12. Specify products and materials

13. Specify equipment, materials, and supplies required for the completion and implementation of the projects

14. Create and present materials to executive management for internal and external events

15. Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with project’s program, budget and time constraints
