Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, promote our yoga programs, and convert prospects into members through phone calls. You will be the voice of Guru Ni30 and play a crucial role in expanding our clientele. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain the benefits of our yoga and wellness programs. Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, social media, and other channels. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations from our offerings. Maintain a detailed database of client information and call records. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. Provide regular feedback on customer inquiries, market trends, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Proven experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for health, fitness, yoga, and wellness. Ability to handle objections and close sales. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working with targets and under pressure.
