**About the team**:This team is part of Merchant Lending vertical and they cater to the Merchant loans section. They have the ownership of merchant cash advance sales.

**About the role**:Creating business dashboards, working closely with the sales team to understand the business & providing relevant data driven inputs to improve sales efficiency.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:
1. Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)

2. Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

3. Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports and operational analysis.

4. Work on with tools, software, dashboards and with process owners to identify the requirements and prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports

5. Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed

6. Generate operational and daily status reports, report on KPIs assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed.

7. Generate report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format.

8. Collate data from multiple sources and dashboards, establish the cause-and-effect relationships between different data points.

9. Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

10. Identify and suggest possible improvements

**Key Skills Required**:
1. 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS/dashboard creation

2. Good in data interpretation & analysis

3. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must - should be able to work on large data sets

4. Identify the trends and create actionable for the sales team.

5.Good verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of process ownership

**Education**: Graduation/Post-Graduation Preferred
