**JD: Functional Area - Business Planning and MIS**

**Roles & responsibilities**
1. Dealing with various sales personnel to update Sales Pipeline on weekly
basis. Prepare monthly MIS within the stipulated timelines
2. Prepare annual budget and rolling forecast.
3. Customer profitability analysis on monthly basis, highlight finding, suggest
profit improvement plans and help implement them.
4. Compare actual performance with the budget and provide commentary for
the movement.
5. Maintain financial and non-financial metrics for all the key revenue and cost
drivers.
6. Assist Leadership in decision making, preparing business performance
presentations etc
Key skills
1. Ability to work under pressure and to work with quick turn-around times
2. Good business acumen with ability to grasp key business drivers is a must.
3. Good understanding of accounting and correlation with Business.
4. Good communication skills and ability to interact with business teams and
other senior personnel in the organisation.
5. Excellent knowledge of MS office is a must.
6. Exposure to Business Analytical tools and CRM would be plus.
