_**Responsibility**:_
- Handle a small fund for routine expenses.
- Disburse funds for minor office expenses and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed transaction records and reconcile the petty cash fund.
- Process and record payments from tenants, clients, or property buyers.
- Verify payment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely payments and manage outstanding accounts.
- Issue payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime for accurate and efficient accounting
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
