**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, verify, and update data related to sales, purchases, stock, and accounts in Excel and company software.
- Maintain and organize accurate records of daily business transactions.
- Prepare Excel reports, stock statements, and management summaries.
- Perform general **administrative duties** such as filing, document handling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth data flow and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of all records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- **Excellent numerical skills** and high attention to detail.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Experience in the **jewellery industry** preferred.
- Familiarity with **Prime Business Software** will be an advantage.
- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in Commerce or related field.
