Define and implement end-to-end digital architectures to modernize health insurance platforms.
Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using modern technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Lead the development of omnichannel digital journeys, ensuring a seamless experience across web, mobile, and customer portals.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to align technology solutions with strategic goals.
Develop and govern API strategies, microservices architectures, and event-driven frameworks for seamless system integration.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (HIPAA, GDPR) in digital health solutions.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and resilience through DevOps, CI/CD, and automation best practices.
Evaluate and integrate AI/ML, analytics, chatbots, and personalization engines to enhance customer engagement.
Provide architectural guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership to development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Expertise in designing cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) with serverless and microservices architectures.
Strong understanding of health insurance platforms, policy administration systems, claims processing, and customer portals.
Hands-on experience with API management, GraphQL, REST, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Experience in customer identity and access management (CIAM) for secure digital interactions.
Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).
Understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and automation in healthcare.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with headless CMS and digital experience platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, etc.).
Knowledge of personalized customer engagement, chatbots, and AI-driven automation.
Background in enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ).
Experience with blockchain and decentralized identity management in healthcare.
