**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and preparation of architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Produce 3D renderings and visualizations to aid in client presentations and project development.
- Work closely with architects and other project team members to ensure designs meet specifications and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards during the design and drafting process.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings, providing detailed technical drawings as required.
- Collaborate in preparing project documentation, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to support the development of architectural projects.
- Stay updated with advancements in architectural design technology and software tools.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray).
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction regulations, and blueprint reading.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and collaborative project workflows.
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus.
