Social Media Marketer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented **Social Media Marketer** to join our team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services across various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience, including text, image, and video content.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and competitors to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage and maintain a consistent presence on social media platforms, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule, publish, and monitor content, as well as track and report on key performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team to optimize our strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective demographics, and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Experience in creating and curating content for social media channels, including text, image, and video content.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to think strategically, generate innovative ideas, and execute them effectively.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and industry changes.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
