They are crucial for ensuring that equipment and machinery function correctly and efficiently, playing a vital role in customer satisfaction and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Installation**:Setting up new equipment and ensuring it is properly configured and integrated into the customer's environment.
- **Maintenance**:Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- **Troubleshooting and Repair**:Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with equipment & generators often under time constraints and in diverse locations.
- **Customer Interaction**:Providing on-site training, support, and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and generators.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- **Inventory Management**:Managing parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.

Skills Required:

- **Technical Proficiency**:Strong understanding of the equipment or systems they work with, including the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- **Problem-Solving**:Effective at identifying and resolving technical problems, often under pressure.
- **Communication Skills**:Clear and concise communication with customers, colleagues.
- **Customer Service Skills**:Providing excellent customer service, building rapport, and addressing customer concerns.
