**Job Summary**

Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? SB Aesthetics is looking for a **female Telecaller** to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage incoming calls** to address various queries about our services.
- **Conduct follow-up calls** with clients regarding their appointments and service inquiries.
- **Schedule and manage patient appointments** efficiently.
- **Maintain and update the patient database** with accuracy.
- **Provide basic counselling and information** about our services when required.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- **Excellent communication skills in English** (both verbal and written).
- **Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus**, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Strong data entry skills** and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a focus on client satisfaction.
