- Knowledge of multiple programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python), and experience in Competitive Programming (Problem Solving and Data Structures)

**Personal Characteristics & Skills**:

- Should have a strong zeal for teaching and mentoring.
- Handle trainees in groups/batches and monitor their academic performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
