Accounting activities:
- Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Accounting of project related expenditure with supporting documents and follow up with vendors for inconsistencies in documents provided if any.
- Maintaining and providing all the supporting documents for Audit requirements.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Coordination with vendors for perioding vendor reconciliation/confirmation.
- Bills processing: Verification and finalisation of monthly hire, sub-contractor Security bills for payment processing. Verification and finalisation of purchased material bills for payment processing.
- Knowledge of exports accounts & exports documents

Finalisation of Balance sheet, Profit & Loss a/c
Handling Banking operation - PCFC, PCL, BRC, Bill discount, Bank stock statement
TDS & GST Return Filling
Income tax, GST Audit
CMA Data

Store activities:
- Maintain of proper bookkeeping with inventory management.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.

Compliance:
- Coordinating with staff for fulfilment of NHAI and IC compliance.

Qualification - Graduation

Experience
- Minimum 5-year experience
