Buddy Educational Counsellors

Achieve daily target of number of calls placed, with minimum 50% in the “spoken to” category
- Be the first point of contact for the students
- Generate minimum 2 new walk-ins per day + 2 old walk-ins (students who have walked in but not applied)
- Achieve individual revenue targets for the month
- Attend all trainings
- Keep a close tab on the progress of applicants and ensure timely reporting of all applicant issues
- Work in close coordination with the counsellor to ensure deposit targets for the cohort are met
- Work in close coordination with the counsellor to ensure weekly applicant targets are met
- Maintain diary for “To Do’s” and ensure timely closure of the same
