**Schedule**: Early Morning U.S. Hours (e.g., 3:00 AM - 8:00 AM EST)
**Employment Type**: Part-Time / Contract
**Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct personalized online guitar and keyboard lessons via platforms like Zoom.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet individual student needs and goals.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
- Maintain a positive and motivating virtual classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students and, when appropriate, their guardians.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching guitar, with at least 1 year in an online setting.
- Proficiency in various musical genres (e.g., classical, jazz, rock, pop).
- Strong understanding of music theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable internet connection and proficiency with virtual teaching

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with digital audio tools and online lesson planning software.
- Familiarity with student engagement strategies in a virtual environment.
