Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct lifting assessments and ensure safe lifting practices are followed.

2. Perform comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.

3. Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.

4. Stay updated on relevant legal regulations and ensure compliance with local HSE laws.

5. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with HSE standards and identify areas for improvement.

6. Provide HSE training to employees and contractors, ensuring they are aware of safety procedures and protocols.

7. Lead accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes and recommending preventive actions.

8. Conduct safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.

9. Coordinate HSE committee meetings and actively participate in discussions.

10. Facilitate toolbox talks to promote HSE awareness among employees.

11. Conduct safety tours to monitor workplace conditions and address any safety concerns.

12. Ensure compliance with permit to work systems for high-risk activities.

13. Develop and update HSE policies, plans, and management systems as required.

14. Utilize 5+ years of risk assessment experience to assess and mitigate potential risks effectively.

15. Hold valid UAE driving license for transportation requirements.

Certifications Required:
1. OSHAD (Occupational Safety and Health Administration Department) certification.

2. NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) certification.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability and residency in Abu Dhabi.

Salary Package: 3000-4000 + Accommodation and Transportation

Visa and Insurance will be provided.

Pay: From ₹69,000.00 per month
