**Who are we?**:
**In one sentence**:
1. A Systems Administrator is an IT professional responsible for any technological duties associated with Servers (physical & virtual), Operating System, Open Shift and cloud computing, including design, planning, management, maintenance and support.
2. Systems Administrator with at least 2-5 years' experience in managing servers & various OS - including linux, windows & open source technology, systems installation & configuration, system update & maintenance, scripting languages and virtualization technologies. Additionally, systems administrators must have a background in security management, user management, performance tuning, optimizaion, backup & recovery and networking. Must also have the ability to manage & maintain Active Directory servers, DNS, DHCP & SMTP.
3. Ability to follow procedures in a tightly run Change Control system and communicate to peers and upper management. This position has high visiblility and requires a professional demeanor.
4. The team supports 24x7 production and working shifts and a weekend day is required.
5. Any Linux, Windows or Openshift/K8 Certified Engineer is a plus.

**What will your job look like?**:

- Experience with at least Linux, Windows & VMWare - Must
- Experience in the following DevOps tools: OpenShift \ Kubernetes, Docker. - Must
- Development experience in following languages - Terraform - Must
- Experience with DevOps Tools like GitOps, GitHub or GItlab - Must
- Experience with Ansible or other configuration management systems (Puppet). - Advantage
- Deep Linux & Windows administration skills (RedHat \ CentOS \ Ubuntu \ Windows \ Active Directory \ DNS \ DHCP \ SMTP) - Must
- Experience with IaaS & PaaS Platforms - (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- Hands on experience in high scale production environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting problems and working with a team to resolve large scale issues. - Must
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivated with a high desire to learn.
- Results-driven with strong commitment

Ability to multi-task and perform in SLA pressure situations.
Ability to work within a call management system to handle daily tasks. Previous experience with a Production Environment.
