**Key Responsibilities:MIS Management**:

- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare data analysis and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Monitor data accuracy in MIS systems and address any discrepancies.
- Automate reports and processes using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).

**Accounting Support**:

- Assist the accounts team with reconciliation, data entry, and financial reporting.
- Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and related documentation.
- Support in preparation of expense reports and budgets.
- Help in tracking outstanding payments and follow-ups with clients/vendors.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with the accounts and operations team to ensure smooth reporting and process execution.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and process data for accurate reporting.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in MIS reporting and/or basic accounting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Macros).
- Knowledge of accounting software like Tally,or QuickBooks.
- Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
