**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Excellent Coordination Skills:

- Collaborate with the marketing and social media team.
- Assist in video and podcast production.

2) Practical Knowledge of AI:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and related technologies.
- Employ strong familiarity with tools like ChatGPT and other AI technologies in content creation.

3) High Focus on Diversity and Inclusion:

- Ensure content reflects a diverse range of perspectives and voices in AI.
- Highlight the importance of diversity and inclusion in the AI field.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assisting in the development and creation of engaging content for social media platforms and YouTube. This could include writing posts, creating basic graphics, and helping with video production.
- **Content Scheduling**: Managing a content calendar to schedule posts across different social media platforms, ensuring regular and consistent online presence.
- **Audience Engagement**: Monitoring social media channels and YouTube comments, responding to queries, and engaging with the audience in a timely and appropriate manner.
- **Basic Analytics Tracking**: Learning to use and monitor analytics tools to track the performance of social media posts and YouTube videos, and providing basic reports on engagement, views, and growth.
- **Research**: Conducting research on current trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategies.
- **Collaboration with Team Members**: Working collaboratively with other team members, such as marketing and content creation teams, to align social media strategy with broader organizational goals.
- **Community Management**: Helping to foster and maintain an online community, ensuring that interactions reflect the brand’s voice and values.
- **Administrative Support**: Assisting with general administrative tasks related to social media management, like organizing files, preparing meeting notes, etc.
- **Brand Representation**: Ensuring that all content is in line with the organization’s brand identity, voice, and messaging guidelines.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or related field.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Strong command of American English.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Uplift and highlight a broad spectrum of voices, including seniors, global communities, underserved populations, LGBT+, minorities, and women, ensuring our content resonates with and reflects the rich diversity of experiences and perspectives in the AI field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

**Compensation**:
$8.50 USD to $12.00 USD.
