We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team at Onwords. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential customers, introducing them to our innovative smart home technology solutions, and generating interest in our products. **Responsibilities**:
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or leads.

Introduce our smart home technology products, explaining their benefits and features.

Identify potential leads and gather relevant information about their needs and preferences.

Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.

Coordinate with potential customers to schedule appointments or product demonstrations with the sales team.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Provide regular updates on call outcomes, lead quality, and progress to the sales manager.

**Qualification**:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
