**Social Media Executive**

**Duties**:

- 1-2 years of experience working in Social Media Marketing
- Develop, implement, and manage social media-paid advertising campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Analyze the performance of social media ads and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improved ROI.
- Create engaging and innovative content for scheduled posts to keep the audience interested and engaged.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and execute strategies for brand building and reputation management across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with designers in creating visually appealing content, including images, videos, and articles, tailored for different social media platforms.
- Prepare reports and provide insights derived from analytics to guide future social media strategies and activities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Social Media Ads is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a creative flair
- Experience in the IT industry is an added advantage.
- Must have creativity and a positive attitude to work in a team.
