**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. The role holder is responsible to ensure all customer
- complaints are acknowledged and responded in a timely
- manner and customers are kept informed throughout the
- complaint process.
- 2. The role holder is also responsible to manage resolution of
- customer complaints within timelines and to be able to identify
- potential escalations and take suitable action to prevent the
