Job Title: IT Executive

Department: Information Technology

Reports to: IT Manager / Head of

Job Overview:
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure. This role includes maintaining hardware and software systems, assisting with technical troubleshooting, and ensuring the organization's IT environment operates smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computer systems.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for internal users.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely solutions.

Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing necessary security protocols and updates.

Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring they are operating optimally.

Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related issues and tools.

Maintain records of IT inventory, hardware, and software licenses.

Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for system support and upgrades.

Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and IT infrastructure health.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices for IT security.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in IT support or IT infrastructure management.

Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT security protocols.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS is a plus.

Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
Availability for occasional after-hours support or emergency response.

This JD can be customized based on the specific needs of the company and the scope of the role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
