**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop creative video content that aligns with the brand's messaging and marketing goals.
- Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage and audio.
- Edit and assemble video content using industry-standard software to create visually appealing and shareable videos.
- Stay updated on industry trends, video formats, and emerging platforms to enhance the brand's video strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audience preferences and create content that resonates with them.
- Work closely with other creative team members to maintain a consistent brand image across all video content.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring an efficient workflow for content creation.
- Optional: Provide creative input for overall content strategy and visual concepts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or similar role.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of video trends, social media platforms, and audience preferences.
- Optional: Proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi languages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video content creation work.
- Willingness to work in-house in Moga, Punjab, on a full-time basis.

Salary Range: 10,000 - 15,000 INR
