**Key Responsibilities:1. Material Handling & Support**
- Assist in loading and unloading raw materials such as wood, metal, and upholstery materials.
- Transport materials within the factory to designated workstations.
- Arrange and stack finished furniture items safely in the storage or dispatch area.

**2. Assisting Carpenters & Workers**
- Provide necessary tools and materials to carpenters and machine operators.
- Hold, lift, or adjust furniture parts during assembly.
- Assist in sanding, polishing, and minor finishing tasks under supervision.

**3. Factory Maintenance & Cleanliness**
- Keep the workspace, tools, and machinery clean and organized.
- Dispose of wood shavings, dust, and other waste materials properly.
- Ensure all walkways and work areas are clutter-free for safety.

**4. Packing & Dispatch Support**
- Help in wrapping and packaging furniture to prevent damage during transportation.
- Assist in labeling, tagging, and preparing items for dispatch.
- Load finished goods onto vehicles carefully.

**5. Safety & Compliance**
- Follow all safety guidelines while handling tools and materials.
- Wear necessary safety gear like gloves, masks, and boots.
- Report any damaged tools, machinery, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

**6. General Assistance**
- Support in setting up and dismantling workstations as required.
- Assist in minor repairs and fixing loose furniture parts.
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

**Working Hours & Policies**:

- **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 7:00 PM (Lunch Break: 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM).
- **Weekly Off**: Sunday.
- **Accommodation**: Provided by the company (cleanliness and maintenance are the Helper’s responsibility).
- **Food**: Not provided.
- **Salary**: Paid on the 10th of every month.
- **Notice Period**: 60 days before leaving.
- **Prohibited Activities**: Smoking, drinking, and drug use within the factory premises.

This role requires **physical stamina, willingness to learn, and discipline** to support smooth operations in the furniture factory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
