**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **end-to-end recruitment** for all open roles (Tech and Non-Tech).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, priorities, and team dynamics.
- Close assigned positions within defined timelines and hiring targets.
- Coordinate and oversee the **onboarding process** for new hires.
- Coordinate effectively with interviewers and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview scheduling and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of focused experience** in recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Strong ability to deliver results under **tight timelines** and meet hiring goals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in **offer closure**.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating **onboarding processes**.
- Proficiency in job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)** and recruitment workflows.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; **HR certifications** are a plus.
