**Position**:
Junior Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Understand project requirements and concepts to create appealing designs that align with our brand's aesthetic and business goals.

2. Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.

3. Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize visuals for campaigns and social media posts.

4. Create and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels and products.

5. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and continually seek to enhance creative performance.

6. Review final layouts and suggest improvements, if needed.

7. Prepare mock-ups for clients or team members to review and provide feedback.

8. Utilize graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media.

9. Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

1. Visual Storytelling: Understand the company’s mission and brand, and create compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audiences.

2. Brand Development: Assist in the continuous refinement of our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistent branding across all marketing and public-facing materials.

3. Collaborative Design: Work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to develop graphics for promotional campaigns, website content, social media, and more.

4. Digital & Print Media: Design visual content for a diverse range of platforms, including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, and presentations.

5. Feedback & Iteration: Present your designs to team members and stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure alignment with company objectives.

6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast with the latest graphic design trends, technologies, and tools, integrating them into your work to ensure Tekram remains at the forefront of cutting-edge design.

7. Time Management: Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**:
A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

No Experience Required

Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design tools.

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

A strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail.

Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Excellent time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box.

**Working Conditions**:
This is a full-time, hybrid + inhouse

Salary : 8000 - 14000 + Performance Pay
