Job description

Explain the customers about the products, Properties, its features and benefits.

Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.

Coordinate and participate in client visits to properties, providing expert guidance and advice on property features, pricing, and market trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and exceptional service experience.

Arrange and conduct client meetings to discuss property options, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties and services, addressing any client concerns or objections to facilitate successful transactions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 6+ Months.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations.
