As a Dispatch Associate with our company, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring that our products are delivered accurately and efficiently to our clients. Being proactive and able to handle unexpected situations will be key to nailing this gig.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of products to clients
- Prepare export documentation and packing lists for shipments
- Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues regarding delivery status and updates
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process, including customer complaints and unexpected situations
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all products are properly packed and prepared for shipment
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
- Adhere to company sustainability principles

**Core Skills / Experience**:

- Experience with export documentation and order tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think proactively and handle unexpected situations.
- Physical fitness to perform required tasks.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and principles.
