**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and driven individual to join our team as a **Graphic Designer**. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their digital marketing career who has an interest in design, content creation, and digital media production.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design Support**
- Assist in creating engaging visual designs for social media, posters, ads, and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

**Video Editing**
- Edit short-form videos such as reels, promotional clips, and social media content under guidance from the team.

**Videography**
- Support **video shoots inside the office** for team highlights, culture videos, etc.
- Assist in **on-site videography for property showcases**

**SEO & Digital Campaigns (Support Role)**
- Learn and assist with basic SEO strategies and keyword optimization.
- Support the execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns.

**Content Creation**
- Help plan and create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule and post content consistently across channels.

**UI/UX Design (Introductory Level)**
- Assist with basic user interface design and user experience improvements for websites or landing pages.

**Trend Monitoring**
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and design.
- Share creative content ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

**What We're Looking For**
- Basic experience or familiarity with design tools like **Canva**, **Photoshop**, or **Illustrator**.
- Beginner-level video editing skills (e.g., using **Premiere Pro**, **After Effects**, **CapCut**, or similar tools).
- Interest or some hands-on experience in **videography** (both **indoor office shoots** and **property/real estate shoots**).
- General understanding of **SEO** and digital marketing principles.
- Willingness to learn and explore **UI/UX design** (tools like **Figma** or **Adobe XD** are a plus).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and a creative mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player eager to grow.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
