We are seeking an **experienced Godown In-Charge** to take full responsibility for warehouse operations, inventory control, and efficient stock management. This is a crucial role that ensures the smooth functioning of our supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage overall godown operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Supervise loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch processes.
- Ensure timely coordination with sales, logistics, and procurement teams.
- Implement and maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards within the godown.
- Train and guide warehouse staff to improve operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in warehouse/godown management.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for managing stock records and reports.
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse operations.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in godown/warehouse operations

Location: Chokli, Thalassery

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
