**Job Description**:
As a Graphic Designer at INOBAL, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs across various media platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity and engage our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce visual content for print and digital media, including brochures, websites, social media, and advertisements.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate the company’s message.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Create and edit visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Prepare and optimize graphics for web and print.
- Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to create cohesive designs.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Review and proof designs before they are sent to print or published online.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design and multimedia content development is a plus.
