Medical Scheduler

We are a Sleep Specialist & Pulmonologist office located in North Carolina and we are in urgent need for a Medical Scheduler to coordinate our established patient appointments and involve in Sleep Study scheduling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tracking Providers' notes and make sure the follow-up visits are all scheduled.
- Patient appointment reminder calls
- Maintaining a record and log sheet
- Sleep scheduling
- Following all checklists as per the Standard Operating Procedures
- Keeping detailed reports of daily activities
- All other works as assigned by the Supervisor
- Working under pressure

Qualifications:

- Must speak clearly on the phone and pay attention to detail when creating appointments and keeping records.
- Outstanding verbal and telephone skills required.
- Bachelors Degree is must.
- US Customer Support experience is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
